In order to deliver our diverse, comprehensive architectural services, we have evolved a unique approach to project delivery, assuring you of continuity of contact plus depth of professional services. For each project, we consider ourselves an integral part of the project development team consisting of the following key players: You,
our Client. We recognize the importance of involving our
clients'
representative in the ongoing design process, as a resource person, a
"sounding board”, and key contributor.
Your Sub Consultants. More and more clients are choosing to retain their own specialist sub consultants, be they market researchers engineers, construction managers, sales agents, etc. We prefer to involve all of your expert advisors in the process and are experienced in coordinating their project activities, whether you retain them directly, or by us on your behalf. QUALITY At the outset of each assignment, we analyze our client's program, site and ideas. From these we develop ideal criteria, which, if satisfied by our designs, would represent to our client the best possible solution to their design problems. All subsequent designs are judged against these criteria in the belief that we must begin by striving for ideal solutions if we are not to fall short. DIVERSITY The "one size fits all” approach to design cannot function in today's complex world. We work for many different types of client in several unique marketplaces. Therefore, the appearance of our architecture varies widely over time and over place.
