Coal
Harbour is a 125 acre award winning mixed-use community comprised of
three distinct neighbourhoods: Marina, Harbour Green, and Burrard
Landing. The Hulbert Group International Inc. was retained as the lead
urban design consultants for the Specific Rezoning phase of each of the
neighbourhoods.

1,000 unit mixed use urban residential neighbourhood in downtown
Vancouver including a community centre, daycare and elementary school
with a community park along with retail facilities and a 400 berth
marina.

| Phase Two Burrard Landing | |
|
Burrard
Landing, a 35 acre mixed use development, proposes to bring Vancouver's
commercial core to the waterfront and includes two million square feet
of office space in three towers, a 500 room hotel and a Civic Arts
Complex. A public open space system links the waterfront with existing
city core.

Harbour
Green Neighbourhood is an urban residential neighbourhood, consisting
of 1,190 Units of Housing adjacent to an 8 acre waterfront park. 6
luxury towers, and associated town homes, frame Harbour Green Park.
This garden park won Vancouver’s first award for
sustainability.
