Concord Pacific Place  Vancouver, BC
Concord Pacific Place is a $2 billion mixed use waterfront development on the former 200 acre Expo '86 site in downtown Vancouver, B.C. comprised of approximately 8,000 units of accommodation along with a host of commercial, recreational and community facilities and amenities.

The Hulbert Group Int. was initially selected amongst an international group of architects to design this new urban community in the city of Vancouver. Richard Hulbert was the lead architect for the Overall Development Permit phase (ODP) of Concord Pacific's world-renowned Pacific Place development.

The development provides for extensive community amenities including an extensive park system, a waterfront promenade, 2 elementary schools, multiple daycare facilities and a heritage roundhouse that was re-designed to become a community center.
