Parkside
is a 126 room mixed-use resort develiopment including hotel, timeshare
accomodation, fractional ownership and whole ownership residential.
It is currently under constrution and is targeted for LEED Platinum
designation. At the present time we know of no other hospitality
development that has earned this environmentally responsible
distincution.
This 8 storey mixed-use development features a glass-enclosed winter garden lobby. Amenities include a spa and a resort-style health center with on-site physicians. The 1 and 2 bedroom suites in this development also function as a part of RCI's network of time-shared resorts. |
