Sanctuary
cove is an award wining 2000 acre mixed use multi-phased resort
community including 2 golf courses and a host of recreation facilities
including a tennis club, golf club and yacht club. The site planning
was a joint venture between The Hulbert Group International Inc. and
Hotson Bakker. The Hulbert Group Int. were the architects for virtually
all of the housing in the first phase including the Marina Townhouses,
Patio Homes, Terrace Homes along with the Hyatt Regency Hotel, the
Yacht Club in the Marine Village and the Golf Course Club House. The
design is based on traditional Australian architectural forms.
