The Hulbert Group Int. was the planning consultant for the master plan of Westminster Quay. A 45 acre urban waterfront revitalization development, Westminster Quay incorporates over 1330 residential units, a 70,000 sq. ft. festival market, a 125 room hotel, office buildings and a 1.5 km waterfront promenade.

The Hulbert Group Int. worked directly with the city of New Westminster and the province of British Columbia to create a master plan that would encourage developers to buy parcels in a public private partnership.
